The proposed commercial expansion project on (Primary) Block and Parcel 13D416 involves the construction of two (2) new retail expansion buildings (Buildings 5 & 6), one (1) new storage building (Building 7), and one (1) new loading bay (Building 8), with a total proposed development area of 28,094.96sqft. The project includes expansion of onsite parking, along with the development of offsite customer & staff parking on Block and Parcels 13D415 and 13D414. Proposed Internal modifications to the existing staff room and washroom areas totaling 1,922sqft and a change of use from partial existing Storage to Retail area of 3,488.22sqft. Additionally, three (3) new Building mounted (32sqft) signs are proposed across new Buildings 5, 6 & 7.
